Lipton Teas and Infusions owns brands Lipton, Tazo, Pukka, T2 and PG Tips.
Lipton Teas and Infusions, which includes such brands as Lipton, Tazo, Pukka, T2 and PG Tips, is elevating its workforce payroll, optimizing payments for operations that span 160 countries and include more than 130 payout currencies.
To do so, the company is working with payroll and payments platform Papaya Global to support its more than 3,000 employees.

The technology, he said, automates the entire payroll and payments process so it can run smoothly and at scale while improving the employee experience. In addition, it provides added visibility and security to the payments process, which needs to meet various regulatory requirements.
The workforce space is ripe for digital transformation. Fifty-eight percent of organizations still lack a strategic governance structure for workforce management, according to Deloitte. And according to a report from Alight, Inc., over 50% of global payroll systems still rely on manual processes such as spreadsheets.
