 Welch’s Names Cees Talma CEO


Cees Talma is taking on the role of chief executive officer of Welch’s, effective immediately. 

He will lead the cooperative of U.S. family farmers. The company makes grape juices, jams, jellies and spreads with grapes grown on its farms.

Talma replaces Trevor Bynum, who had led the company for nearly seven years during a period of transformational change. Tim Grow, Welch’s chairman of the board, said in a statement that Talma was hired for his deep understanding of the consumer.
