Edgewell Personal Care Restructures Leadership as COO Departs

Edgewell Personal Care Co. is reshaping its core leadership team following the announced departure of Chief Operating Officer Dan Sullivan.

Sullivan will exit Oct. 1 to pursue other opportunities, and the company will not replace the role. Instead, Edgewell is shifting to a regional hub model that will streamline operations, increase accountability, improve business efficiency and help with decision-making.

About Sullivan’s time at Edgewell:

Sullivan was promoted to COO in 2024 as part of broader leadership changes to expedite decision-making and improve enterprise execution. He was previously president of Europe and Latin America as well as chief financial officer.

“Dan played a key role in re-architecting Edgewell’s growth strategy and helped scale the business while enhancing the organization’s focus on brand development, execution and financial performance,” President and CEO Rod Little said in a statement. “This helped to solidify a foundation where we can continue to grow and drive efficiency in our operations.”
