Welch’s to Expedite Product Innovation With Andrew Hartshorn at Helm of Innovation Strategy
Welch’s has named Andrew Hartshorn as chief brand and innovation officer, a newly created role that will oversee the company’s combined brand development and product, pack and process innovation teams.
The new structure aims to streamline collaboration, speed up decision-making and strengthen the product and experience pipelines.
Hartshorn will be tasked with expediting product innovation and go-to-market strategies, driving deeper relationship building with consumers and introducing more agile operations, according to president and CEO Cees Talma.
