 Hershey Hires Stacy Taffet as Chief Growth Officer


The Hershey Company has named a chief growth officer amid ongoing leadership shifts.

Stacy Taffet will be taking on the role beginning April 14, helping to drive transformative growth across the company’s snacks portfolio, which includes such brands as Hershey’s, Reese’s, Jolly Rancher, and Dot’s Homestyle Pretzels.

She will manage the company’s enterprise strategy, which includes oversight of media and creative investments, marketing innovation, research and development, commercial and consumer intelligence, and brand reputation management.

Taffet has a comprehensive background in consumer packaged goods, having worked primarily with PepsiCo over the past couple of decades, most recently as its senior vice president of marketing, according to LinkedIn.

During her career at PepsiCo, Taffet held various senior leadership roles, including SVP of brand marketing for Frito-Lay, and VP of marketing for PepsiCo’s Hydration Portfolio. She has led key brand strategies and innovations, such as launching the Pure Leaf iced tea brand and overseeing marketing initiatives for major PepsiCo brands like Pepsi, Lipton Iced Tea, bubly, and Aquafina.
