Constellation Brands Hires E. Yuri Hermida To Lead Consumer Insights and Innovation

Alcohol beverage company Constellation Brands has named E. Yuri Hermida its executive VP, chief growth and strategy officer.
Hermida will lead the company’s strategy across consumer insights and innovation, digital, transformation, media, new business ventures, and analytics. He has an extensive background in CPG, working in roles across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America in general management, operational leadership, and P&L management. He also brings knowledge in marketing, R&D, and innovation.
Before joining Constellation Brands, Hermida served as president, and prior to that chief growth officer, of Sovos Brands, manufacturer of Rao’s Homemade, Michael Angelo’s frozen entrees, Noosa’s Yoghurt, and Birch Benders. He was also previously EVP of Reckitt and VP of Procter & Gamble’s North American feminine and baby business, according to his LinkedIn.
He began his career in brand management with P&G, moving up to oversee several brands in the company’s food and beverage portfolio before taking on general manager roles and ultimately leading large-scale businesses in international markets.
